When attempting to access the staff page on AIR, there may be instances where success is not achived, and an error message is received stating " Individual information provided is insufficient". However, upon reviewing the staff details, all necessary information is already provided for AIR access.
It appears that at the moment there has been a change in the requirements for details within AIR. If a staff member has a Medicare Number, IRN and IHI, the system does not recognise the individual, leading to the aforementioned error.
In such case, temporary solution involves removing the IRN for that specific staff member and trying to access AIR page again.
