One of the features of the system is the ability to create QR codes to connect people more easily to the organisation. When you invite staff or someone to join in, you can add them to the list in the system (specific branch and people type like Employees or Shareholders) and provide them the QR code they can scan through their mobile phones. They will be automatically connected to your organisation upon scanning and the sharing process starts from there.
Note: For your people to successfully connect, their details must be saved first in your system.

Below are the detailed steps on how to create the QR Code.
Step 1: From your dashboard or sidebar, click Settings.
Step 2: Under the System Set up tab, click QR Code tile.
Step 3: You will be directed to this page. Click the Add QR Code for Auto Invite.
Step 4: An off-canvas will open. Fill out the necessary details. Select the Branch and Asset Type.
Click the Save button once done.
Step 5: A pop-up success message will show stating QR Code has been added. Click Close.
Step 6: The newly added QR code should be displayed in the table list. Under Manage Column, click the QR Code icon to view it.
Step 7: Let your people scan the QR code thru the OnePassport mobile app so they can be automatically connected to your organisation. You may download and share the code through email.
