The number of people you can add to the system will depend on your selected subscription plan.
For example, small plans will limit your number of users to 19.
There may be occasions when after you have done bulk uploading of your staff and there will be cases that new ones join the organisation, you can add details and information by following these instructions:
Step 1: Log in to your account. You will be redirected to the dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Asset.
Note: Asset is the same as the Staff, Worker or Employee in your organisation.
Step 3: The page should give you the Asset List where you can see the different columns like Name, Email Address, and Job Role. Under the Manage column are the buttons to view personal information, Edit details, go to the Profile page, Invite Asset, and Delete asset/worker.
Step 4: To add an asset/worker to your organisation, click the Create button in the top right corner.
Step 5: Fill out the form. You need to enter values for the required fields which have the red asterisk on them. Note: In here, the department field is different from the Type or Sector to which the asset/worker belongs to. It could be a smaller unit.
Click Save once done.
Step 6: A pop-up will appear. Click View Asset or Close button. Pressing Close will lead you to the Asset list while View will redirect you to the Profile page of the asset/worker.
Step 7: The image below shows the Profile Page. This could contain all the records of your asset/worker related to employment, immunisation, qualification, compliance etc. You can click each tab to add one.
