Note: If you cannot access Reports, it might be because your role does not have access to it. The user logged in as OnePassport Admin can check and update this.
Reports is one of the features of the OnePassport Management system. It offers the user to apply specific search criteria and the system will display this. Aside from the People and Immunisation Report, one can search using Job Title/ Sector/ Employment Status/ or using the different modules like Qualification, Compliance, and Residency to name a few.
Using the drop-down menu select the report you want to run. Choose the ‘type’ criteria eg. Employees, choose the status and any other criteria you might need. Export the report to your desired format (CSV/Excel) and print.
Important:
1. If you are selecting the "All' option, just leave the filter as it is. By default, it is selecting All.
2. You can save the filters you used as a Template by clicking Save as a Template. Click here to go to the guide on how to save one.
3. Ticking the Show All Records checkbox (placed at the bottom) will display all records of the staff based on the used filters. Otherwise, it will only show the most recent record.
Qualification Report:
This is how the screen will look like when you choose to run a report on the qualification.
Certification Report:
Compliance Report:
For the compliance report, you can set a Date Range filter (either Date Signed or Expiry Date).
Micro-Credentials Report:
Date range filter also works for CPD report (Completion Date) along with the other filters.
Language Report:
Running a report for people with language skills is also possible.
People - Extended Search Report:
If you want to do an advanced search for your people, you can do so by using the People-Extended Search filter.
