To help you manage the recruitment process of your organisation, when a candidate comes in, system allows you to save a record. Then, once the candidate's application has progressed, you can move the candidate and be saved as a new worker in the Asset list.
To do this, simply follow the steps described here:
Step 1: Click Recruitment Management from the sidebar.
Step 2: You will land on the Recruitment Management page. Click the Create button.
Step 3: Add the candidate's information like the one below. Then click Save.
Step 4: A pop-up message will appear confirming the successful adding of the candidate. Press close.
Step 5: The candidate will show up on the list. You can view, edit or delete the information using the buttons under the Manage column.
Step 6: In case you want to move the candidate to the asset list now, simply click the eye icon (view).
Under the Type/Sector field, select from the drop-down the Department for the staff. Then, hit the Transfer button.
Step 7: An off-canvas will appear where you can save the personal details of the staff. Fill in the information and press Save once done.
The staff will now show up in the Asset list (on the department type that was selected) with all the details saved related to him/her.
