Once you have set up your organisation's alerts from Settings, the system will alert you of the expired or expiring records. Aside from your staff receiving notification through Email/SMS (if has been set up already), you also have the capability to check and see these records.

The step-by-step process is outlined below.
1. Click on the bell icon at the top right corner of the page
Click on the specified location.
2. When you click the bell icon, a list of notifications will be displayed. Click the Filter dropdown at the bottom. By default, it is showing All
Click on the specified option.
3. Select the specific alert module. For example, Immunisation Alert
4. The records related to Immunisation will be displayed. You can click a certain record to view and update it
5. Update the record. For instance, let's change the date
Fill in the specified field with the provided date.
6. Once done editing, click the Update button
7. Click "Confirm"
8. Press the x button to close the off-canvas
Click on the specified location.
9. You may want to verify the updated record. Simply go to Assets List
Click on the "Assets" tab.
10. Utilise the Search button
Click on the "Search" button.
11. Enter the name of the staff. Fill in "Yenali" for example
Fill in the specified field.
12. Click "Search"
13. Click on the result "yenali edirisinghe"
Click on the specified option.
14. Click the x button to close off-canvas
Click on the specified location.
15. You will land into the Staff's profile. Click "Immunisation"
Click on the "Immunisation" option.
16. The updated record is shown in the Immunisation list of the individual. Press the eye icon to view the information
Click on the specified location.
