The admin user has the capability to create immunisation groupings, allowing, for instance, various flu vaccines such as Afluria Quad, FluQuadri, and Influvac Tetra to be categorised together. This grouping will be evident in the Immunisation Group Overview. Any staff member possessing one of the vaccines within that group will have their recent record showcased on the overview page.
To set up the groupings, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on Settings.
Step 2: Click on Immunisation Types under the Record setup.
Step 3: Click on 'Create'.
Step 4: Provide a group name and choose vaccines from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Save the group by clicking the "Save" button on the bottom.
Step 6: After clicking the Save Button, there's going to be a pop-up message saying it's successful.
Note: The immunisation group can be viewed, edited, and deleted by the user by selecting the icons under the manage column.
The groups, that are created here, are shown in the Immunisation Group Overview on the Immunisation Register page.
Step 1: Click on the Immunisation Register from the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on Group Overview.
Step 3: Any staff member possessing one of the vaccines within that group will have their recent record showcased on the overview page.
