Through the OnePassport App/Web for individual users, your staff can share their records with you in the organisation. Link here on how your staff can share their records.
The requirement in order for sharing can happen: Staff must be connected to the organisation.
3 Ways Staff can connect with the organisation:
1. Scanning of organisation's QR Code using the Profile App.
2. Accepting invitation from organisation through Profile Web/App.
Accepting through the app, here is the link.
Accepting through the web, staff will see a notification on the bell icon and just need to view and accept the invitation from there.
3. Filling out and submitting the Asset Form (Personal Details) to the organisation. Once accepted, staff is automatically connected.
Provided your staff has already connected to your organisation, sharing of records can happen anytime. You can view, edit and accept or ignore the shared record.

The system will notify you of records that have been shared. Simply go to the bell icon at the top right corner of the page to view these records.
An off-canvas will open and by default show "All" the recent notifications (from User Connection, Modules, Self-Service Submissions and User Alerts).
Click the Filter By dropdown to show only specific records.
Note: You can click on the record to open the details and either edit & accept or reject it. Once accepted, will be saved in the individual's Immunisation record.
